Last night, well into the morning, I was living my bliss.

Great people, amazing conversation, magic, the smell of pancakes, and a sense of real connection filled the night.

I’m amazed and thankful.

For someone who says he doesn’t have a life, Noah (cutie!!) has certainly attracted a non-life I think is awesome. We talked well into the morning about everything from family to spirit. Such awesomeness in Sebring is refreshing.

His friends Cody and Mike came by, then Thor stopped in. The waitresses love the group, and often come by and sit with us to bitch about customers. Chris, the cook, spent a good deal of time with us, too- because it was a quiet night.

I pulled my usual magic tricks, and to everyone’s delight- I finished quickly. haha . . nah, actually, they loved it.

Last night was like swimming in cool spring water- refreshing, invigorating, and I loved the company. Nights like last night remind me why I believe in Magic.

We’re re-balancing. We’re doing this on opposite sides of the country, so that we can also re-calibrate finances, health, etc.

So, I’m in Florida. (Yes, it still sucks here)

Heh. So much for fighting against spam. This is just disgusting. The entry is from BlueSecurity.com

Blue Security Ceases Anti-Spam Operations

When we founded Blue Security in 2004, we believed that if we automated a way for users to rise up and exercise their rights under the CAN-SPAM Act, we could reduce the amount of spam on the Internet.

Over the past few months we were able to leverage the power of the Blue Community and convince top spammers responsible for sending over 25% of the world’s spam to comply with our users’ opt-out list. We were making real progress in eliminating spam from the lives of our users.

However, several leading spammers viewed this change as a strategic threat to their spam business. The week before last, these spammers launched a series of attacks against us, taking down hundreds of thousands of other websites via a massive Denial-of-Service attack and causing damage to ISPs, website owners and Internet users worldwide. They also began a relentless campaign of email intimidation against many members of the Blue Community.

After recovering from the attack, we determined that once we reactivated the Blue Community, spammers would resume their attacks. We cannot take the responsibility for an ever-escalating cyber war through our continued operations.

As we cannot build the Blue Security business on the foundation we originally envisioned, we are discontinuing all of our anti-spam activities on your behalf and are exploring other, non spam-related avenues for our technological developments. As much as it saddens us, we believe this is the responsible thing to do.

You need not do anything as a result of this change. We will continue to protect your names and addresses and honor all privacy commitments we made to you.

We have concluded we should not take Blue Security to the full deployment stage we originally planned to achieve, but we are proud of what we have accomplished thus far as a young startup company.

We are extremely proud to have had the chance to work with such a devoted and dedicated community: thank you for the vote of confidence you gave us over the past few months as well as the particularly vocal support you have shown over the last two weeks.

We will be innovating and building our technology in new, other directions and will continue to give back to you, our Community.

Thank you for your support,

The Blue Security Team.

I run the risk of pissing you off with this entry. . It’s okay. It’s my blog. Start one yourself if you disagree.

A day without immigrants aka the “Great American Boycot” disgusts me. Actually, it sounds like a damn good day to me. Perhaps if they all went home, Americans’ lives would improve. My ancestors came here legally, my ancestors did more than just sneak across a border and expect world-class health care, free food, and equal education.

My ancestors came here and worked their asses off. They didn’t hide in the shadows like the illegal invaders that are now demanding “equal rights.”

Most Illegal immigrants don’t pay taxes. Those who do aren’t counted in the census, and local governments aren’t compensated for their presence.

In other words, they come and work, but the benefits of their work aren’t reaped by the communities that are providing healthcare, education, police, and fire protection to these hot-headed protestors.

Calling them “undocumented workers” is too nice. They are illegal invaders, and if they left- Americans on Welfare could work the fields, and the extra money local communities have because of their absence could be used to educate, feed, and provide healthcare for Americans.

We don’t say the pledge of allegience in French. We don’t sing our national anthem in German- we’re an English-speaking nation. Why? We conqured Spain’s holdings on the United States.

We also beat Mexico and claimed Texas. Remember Davey Crocket?

To now sit silently and allow an invasion that takes food off of our plates, and our education tax dollars, and puts that money in the pockets of those who don’t respect our laws is treachery.

People can’t help where they’re born, I know that. People CAN, however work to make their own communities stronger. If you hate how you’re treated because you’re here illegally, GO THE FUCK HOME AND FIX YOUR OWN COUNTRY. . ONE CITY AT A TIME.

My Ancestors didn’t demand anything, and contributed to the economic, social, and educational systems of their communities. They didn’t protest, they worked- and did so LEGALLY.

I’m not opposed to immigration at all! I’m opposed to those who think they have the right to migrate here illegally- then DEMAND from us the right to do anything but go home.

If your house sucks, I don’t mind you coming to mine every now and then, but if you spend all your time in mine, yours will fall apart. Get off your ass and fix your OWN house, and stop wasting your time prowling around mine.
